Once a client secures employment using a work visa processed through Tickfaw Travel, the client agrees to pay 10% of their salary to Tickfaw Travel as part of the service fee. This deduction will be applicable for a duration specified in the contract or until the total agreed amount is paid.

- Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees may be non-refundable after the visa application has been submitted. - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the original mode of payment within a specified period.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and have met health requirements for their destination.
While Tickfaw Travel facilitates the visa process, the granting of a visa is ultimately at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

Clients should communicate any issues or feedback promptly for timely resolution. Post-trip complaints should be submitted in writing within a specified period.
